Customer Support Officer

Job Description and Requirements

ZenHR Solutions are looking for a motivated and disciplined candidate to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support, the candidate will provide customer service and assistance to the users through phone and email.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with all clients.
  • Maintain client records by updating their account information on the system.
  • Handle complaints, suggestions and inquires via email.
  • Edit job descriptions or posts when requested by clients.
  • Follow up with clients and ensure they are consuming their yearly credits.
  • Provide accurate information to the customers in a clear, courteous and professional manner.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Assist the Product Manager in all related matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant filed.
  • 1 – 3 Years of experience required.
  • Excellent command of both Arabic and English.
  • Excellent command in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Good writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Able to report and solve issues promptly.
  • Can handle workload and pressure.
